Specs & payment
Heights, equipment and how you pay
All seven open locations are locally owned and built around the same idea: strong equipment that's actually maintained, and payment that works the same whether you're feeding it coins or a card. An eighth, Mr Clean Car & Truck Wash, is under construction now.

Maximum vehicle height
Measurements are taken at the bay door. If your vehicle is within a few inches of a limit, use a self-serve bay instead of the automatic — they're built taller.

Payment
Cards work in every self-serve bay
Per-minute pricing is identical whether you pay with a card or with coins — there's no card markup.
1Swipe your card; a $10 temporary hold is placed.
2Wash by the minute, at the posted rate for that bay.
3Press the silver “End” / “Stop” button to stop the charges when you're done.
4If the Stop button isn't pressed, the charge maxes out at $20.
5The actual charge posts within three business days, and the hold disappears.
Minimum charge is $2–$3 depending on location. Quarters are still accepted everywhere, and every bay's card reader also takes tap-to-pay and Apple Pay. Caldwell and Mr Clean Car & Truck Wash go a step further and take cash bills in the bay too.
